Black Russian Ice Pops

Posted by on

Dark and decadent, these smooth ice pops make a great after-dinner treat on a hot summer’s night.
- 1 tablespoon Kahlua or Tia Maria
- 2 cups cola
- 2 tablespoons vodka
Makes: 8 ice pops
Prep: 10 minutes
Freeze: 8–10 hours
Eat: within 3 months of freezing; eat within 24 hours if using thick shot glasses

Step 1

Put all the ingredients into a small bowl and stir together well.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into eight 1/4-cup ice pop molds or thick shot glasses. Insert the ice pop sticks and freeze for 8–10 hours, or until firm.

Step 3

To unmold the ice pops, wrap the frozen molds or glasses in a hot water-soaked dish towel for a few seconds and gently release the pops while holding the sticks.
