Payment Policy
I am happy to accept whatever payment methods are allowed on this site(:
If, for what ever reason, you wish to purchase multiple items and save on shipping by having them all shipped together but are unable to pay the entire amount all at once, I am happy to set up a payment plan with the use of custom listings! For example, if you were wish to order $100+shipping worth of items and needed that broken into two or three payments, then I would set up listings with your payment amounts. I am more than happy to work with your individual situation, please don't hesitate to ask!
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of your cancelling your custom order/ multiple item order/etc in the middle making payments, refunds will not be issued. However, the items that have already been covered by your payments will be made and shipped(
Shipping Policy
To be perfectly frank, your shipping cost covers the cheapest shipping method plus insurance to cover the cost of your item(s). If you would like your package to arrive more quickly or would like any changes to the 'normal' shipping method, please let me know BEFORE you purchase your items and I will get you a price check.
As for international shipping, if you are not on the 'WILL SHIP TO' list, please don't panic! I am more than happy to send things to you even if your across the pond(; Simply message me prior to ordering, and I will do my best to get you taken care of(: (it makes me super happy to know my creations are all over the world.) However, you will need a custom listing to match the shipping for your location, so please contact me BEFORE you make your purchase if you are outside of the continental U.S.
Return Policy
If something happens to your item within the first month of normal use I will replace that particular item free of charge (with the exception of international shipping.) I only ask that you be as honest as you would like me to be and understand that the replacement item will be slightly different because everything is handmade(:
