Payment Policy

The seller accepts payment via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. For credit card payments, when Paypal is not used, I will email you a secure invoice to submit payment.

Shipping Policy

Non personalized orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment. The seller uses USPS.com for delivery. International shipping is available.

Return Policy

There is no refund for personalized items so please be aware of that before purchasing (unless the item(s) are damaged or I personalized the item(s) incorrectly). If a date changes or the customer informs me the wrong personalization, there is NO refund.

If you are not happy with your non personalized purchase, please let me know within 30 days of purchase and you can either place an order for a different item, same value, or request a refund (minus the shipping/handling cost), which will be placed after I receive the order back from you. Make sure to contact me with any problems you have with your order as I want to make sure you are happy!

If your item is damaged and then the item must be returned to me (My Little Chickadee Creations is NOT responsible for the returning shipping costs) and I will either refund your full amount or send you a replacement for the damaged product, after the damaged item has been received by me.
