Crochet Barbie Wedding Set For Boo Bear

My two littlest sisters love to play barbie wedding, so I made them each a full wedding party. Between both sets, it took me nearly 9 weeks to complete. This is the set for Boo Bear, my youngest sister.

The set consists of the Bride and Groom, 3 Bridesmaids, 3 Flower Girls, 1 Bestman, 1 Ring Bearer, and Parents of the Bride or Groom. All that is missing is the priest! They didn't have enough Kens for that. Everything except for the actual flowers in the bouquets and the tiara was crocheted.

The Bride's outfit consists of the wedding dress with a long train, tiara with the veil attached, blue garters, heels, panties, a bouquet and a necklace. The Bridesmaids each have a dress, a bouquet, and a pair of heels or slippers. The maid of honour also has a necklace. The flower girls each have a dress, a basket of flowers and a pair of slippers. The groom, best man and father of the bride or groom each have a tuxedo jacket, tuxedo slacks, a shirt without sleeves with a bow tie sewn onto it, shoes and a cummerbund. The ring bearer has the same as the men, plus a ring bearer pillow with the rings. Finally, the mother of the bride or groom has a skirt, top, cardigan and a pair of heels.

Materials: Crochet Thread size 10 in 4 colours, seed beads, snaps, flowers, wire, and tulle.

I love to crochet with Crochet Cotton, so these kinds of projects always catch my eye. I love the craftsmanship used here. It's not easy making such small pieces of clothing and you've done a beautiful job!
