DIY Wedding Flowers — Burlap Roses

I am not entirely sure why I thought making flowers for our wedding would be easy or would be a good idea. But I did it anyway, and made almost 50 burlap roses for DIY wedding bouquets and boutonnieres. You can read more about the burlap roses at my blog.

It cost about $24 total for the burlap, ribbon, cones, leaves and baby's breath for all the wedding flowers, so they saved us money. To make the flowers, I cut the petals, coated them in glue and rolled them into roses one at a time. Then they are sewn and attached to floral wire.

Materials: burlap, floral wire, ribbon, baby's breath
