Red Wine Chocolate Cake

Intoxicating, moist and very rich chocolate cake with red wine. I'll admit I did not expect to be so nice, but it surpassed my expectations.
The recipe is not suitable for children.
200 g flour
6 tablespoons Natural cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
125g soft butter
180g brown sugar
150g white sugar
rind of 1 orange
3 eggs at room temperature
200 ml. quality red wine
50 ml. freshly squeezed orange juice
Chocolate Ganache:
100 g dark chocolate
50 melted butter
3 tbsp sour cream
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix in a bowl the dry ingredients - flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Mix well. In another bowl, beat with a mixer the soft butter and both types of sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs and orange peel and beat the mixture well.
Finally, start to alternate dry ingredients and wine, gradually add the parts in the cream mixture.
At the end add the orange juice to the mixture and beat well.
Have a cake form brushed well with butter and sprinkled with cocoa.
Pour the mixture and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Take it out from the oven leave it to cool in the form, then transfer to rack to cool. Take it on a plate or platter.
Heat in water bath chocolate and butter until melted. Cool them completely and add sour cream. Stir the ganache and decorate with it the chocolate cake.
