DIY Necklace with Painted Beads
Do you like the look of chunky jewelry that really makes a statement? Henry Happened shares a DIY necklace tutorial for a chunky, retro necklace with two strands. The painted, glossy beads in bold colors make a great handmade accessory.

Paint beads of various sizes (found at JoAnn’s or local craft supplies store) with two coats of paint. Finish with a coat of Modge Podge gloss.

String beads on twine and measure the length you want. Make a knot at the end of each side to hold the beads in place, leaving about 6 inches of excess twine at the end. Repeat with second strand of beads.
