Upcycle an Old Suitcase into a Side Table
You just need a suitcase, four table legs and some spray paint to make this wonderful occasional table. But remember, don’t lose the key!

Step 1

Paint the table legs to match the color of the suitcase, but leave the bottom unpainted. For a smooth transition move the spray can away from the object as you paint.

Step 2

Position the leg brackets diagonally onto the four corners at the bottom of the suitcase. Drill holes in the bottom of the suitcase and attach the brackets from the inside with wood screws and washers.

Step 3

Seal the table legs with a coat of transparent varnish.

Step 4

Screw the legs into the brackets.
