Upcycled Plastic Bottle Piggy Bank
Make it fun for kids to save with their own piggy bank! <b>Materials:</b> - 5 1-Liter bottles (cleaned) - Pink duct tape - Scissors - Hot glue gun - Glue sticks - 2 googly eyes

Step 1

Take one of the 1 liter plastic bottles and wrap with pink duct tape (this will be the body).

Step 2

Using scissors cut the top part of the other four bottles to use as feet for the piggy.

Step 3

Using duct tape, tape the four feet to the bottle that is already wrapped.

Step 4

Using scissors cut two of the bottom pieces off of one of the unused bottles (these will be the ears).

Step 5

Cover the two plastic bottom pieces (the ears) with duct tape, and glue to the body using hot-glue gun. *Parental assistance is needed. (Or ears can be taped on body with duct tape).

Step 6

With glue, attach two googly eyes to the face of piggy.

Step 7

With scissors, cut a slit in the top of the piggy body to insert money.
