Tumeric Amond chicken fingers

Every One loves cheicken tenders. In this recipe, i will tell you procedure step by step.
Almond flour and tumeric when mixed together, make the best crust that not only to stay away from traditional breading and grains but also provide you delicious means of integrating tumeric. It is upto you that if you desire to make chicken nugget instead of tenders.
 
You have to cut chicken into excellent square nugget shapes because kinds are eager to eat it.
Ingredients that you need:
3/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil
1 egg
1 pound organic, free-range, boneless, skinless chicken
breast, cut into strips
1 cup almond flour
1½ tablespoons ground turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
 
Procedure:
1. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
2. While the oil is heating, in a large bowl, beat the egg,
add the chicken, and toss to coat.
3. In a small pot, stir together the almond flour,
turmeric, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture onto a
plate.
4. Remove the chicken strips from the egg mixture and
dip them into the almond flour mixture. Coat them
well all over.
5. Test the oil by dropping in a pinch of almond flour;
when it sizzles, it’s ready. Drop the chicken strips into
the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side,
until golden brown and the chicken is cooked
through.
6. When finished, place on top of paper towels to drain
excess oil.
