Payment Policy
We accept payment via Pay Pal and credit cards. Items must be paid for at time of purchase.
Shipping Policy
Our items are generally shipped via UPS or USPS. Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days and arrive 2-5 days from time of ship for domestic orders. Customs and duty fees may be applied on delivery. We do not determine the amount of these fees.
Return Policy
If item received is damaged, defective or does not match the product description, the buyer may request an exchange or refund within seven days of purchase date by contacting the seller by email at shop@craftfoxes.com.
Refunds will be processed within seven business days of receiving the returned shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless item is damaged, defective or the wrong product was shipped. Returns not accepted for custom orders.
