Payment Policy
I accept Paypal as a means of payment. If a payment is made with PayPal e-check, I will ship your items once payment has gone through. I check this daily so I will ship as fast as possible.
All custom orders require full payment before an item is made and shipped and custom orders are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
Within the US I ship USPS first class mail. Outside the US, I will ship USPS first class mail international. I will refund any shipping overcharges greater than $1 via payment method. If you wish to have alternate shipping, please feel free to contact me and we can work something out.
Once I receive payment confirmation I will ship within 1-2 days.
Return Policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase so I do offer exchanges and refunds (buyer pays for shipping charges) within 14 days after item has been shipped.
Order Policy
I am always open to creating custom orders. In most cases I will be able to get your order and complete the item within a week. I will then list the item in my shop as being "reserved" under your name.
