For years, my daughter had a doll that was really a two-in-one. If you took the long skirt and flipped it up over the doll's head, you would reveal another doll underneath. Suddenly Zelda, the evil twin of Ariel, would be available for mock arguments over who was going to rule the tower. The book is filled with really fun projects that convert caterpillars to butterflies, bats to vampires, and Mom and Dad to superheros. I like the fact that the dolls would be good for both boys or girls and completely customizable.
Check out the book for more great sewing projects.

Enjoy the Stacking Trees (free Christmas sewing project), for a bean bag craft and easy sewing project for kids or adults. It's excerpted from the book, Flip Dolls & Other Toys That Zip, Stack, Hide, Grab and Go, by Laura Wilson and published by Lark Crafts.

Come back next week on Freebie Friday for another giveaway, free download or other great crafty special!
