Payment Policy

The seller accepts payment via Paypal. Item(s) must be paid for within 4 days of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 7 days of payment. The seller uses DHL, Schenker, Posten, with expected delivery of 3-21 (depending on where you live. For rush shipments, please contact the seller by email at playerstreet@gmail.com before placing the order to confirm delivery options, including rush orders, delivery confirmation or insurance. International shipping is available.

Return Policy

If item received is damaged, defective or does not match the product description, the buyer may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase date by contacting the seller by email at playerstreet@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless item is damaged, defective or the wrong product was shipped. Returns not accepted for custom orders.

If the item is damaged when it arrives, let me know and I will tell you how to fix it (if possible).
Otherwise I will send you a new product (the same as you ordered) instead of a refund, if you want.
