This is an embossed paper journal I made using the Cricut Cuttlebug and the new Anna Griffin embossing plates. This is the "Acanthus" embossing design that I used on both the white card and the blue journal cover. The simple white embossed card is elegant for a wedding or bridal shower gift, or could make some great wedding place cards if you cut and fold them smaller.
The button is tied on with baker's twine. Just fill the paper journal cover with folded paper pages, and hand-stitch the binding together with thread or embroidery floss to make the paper journal.
