Watermelon Refresher Ice Pop

Cool down with a healthy watermelon refresher ice pop.

Makes 8 (4-ounce) pops
4 cups chopped ripe seedless watermelon
1 cup chopped pineapple
juice of 1/2 lemon (1-1/2 to 2 tablespoons juice)
3 tablespoons honey

Step 1

Combine watermelon and pineapple in blender, and puree.

Step 2

Add lemon juice and honey, and blend all ingredients together into a
smooth texture.

Step 3

Pour mixture into chosen pop molds and put sticks in place.

Step 4

Freeze pops until solid.
