Every girl needs a pair of heart bloomers! The bloomers are worked from the top down, in the round until divided at the leg holes. The heart pattern is fun to knit and charted for ease. The front and back are joined using the Kitchener stitch. Stitches are then picked up and ribbed around the legs.
