36-38 - 2 skein
38-40 - 2 skein
40-42 - 2 skein
42-44 - 2 skein
44-46 - 2 skein
46-48 - 2 skein, for bigger pom pom will be needed 3 skein
48-50 - 3 skein
50-52 - 3 skein

Gauge is about: 32 sts x 44 rows in stockinette sts = 10 x 10 cm / 4'' x 4'' standard gauge machine with ribber Tension nr 6,2 or for suit to gauge ( I have knitted this with Nika KH 868)
